Symbologies
Code 128 accepts mixed text. EAN-13 and UPC-A expect digits and will refuse letters. ISBN-13 is EAN-13 with a 978 or 979 prefix.

Will a store scanner accept this?
If the number is a real GTIN and the print is sharp, most scanners will. This tool does not register products.
Do I need a quiet zone?
Yes. Leave white margin around the bars. The download includes a default pad.
Can I make a QR code here?
Use the QR page. These are linear barcodes.
Why is my EAN rejected?
Length or check digit is wrong. Paste the 12 data digits and let the tool add the check.
Is this a GS1 license?
No. Buy numbers from GS1 if you need a unique retail GTIN.
